Book Creator is also very good for the classroom. You can choose from portrait, landscape or square book sizes. Use photos you have snapped yourself or source then (responsibly) from the web and you can edit text easily with the onscreen keyboard.
An excellent function, I found, was importing video, music and voice recordings, plus the freehand pen tool that allows you to draw and write in your book is fantastic and a handy way for encouraging youngsters to explore their creative side.
It allows you to send your book via email, to iTunes on your computer, and over to Dropbox.
